Chuck Buscemi is the current operating head of First Team’s Buscemi • Noonan & Associates. Known for his expertise in the niche marketplace of Seal Beach, Surfside Colony, Sunset Beach, Huntington Harbour, downtown Huntington Beach, Chuck has sold over $1.8 billion in residential real estate throughout his career. His name has become synonymous with Orange County's coastal real estate markets. When he’s not leveraging his more than 30 years of highly focused local experience to help clients buy and sell homes, he’s providing mentorship to his team of agents out of their boutique, family-owned office in Sunset Beach, CA.
Chuck and Cathy constructed their beachfront home in Surfside back in 2004 and have lived there since 1997. Prior to their move to Surfside, Chuck lived in in Huntington Harbour for over two decades. Their bond with the region went beyond just living in it. Their professional careers revolved around this locale for more than thirty years, mirroring the duration of their residency. Throughout those years, their dedication to providing exceptional real estate services had remained unwavering. The foundation of their approach was simple: treat each client with the same attentiveness and care they would desire themselves. The couple considered it an immense privilege to serve their clientele in this manner.
